How will I find you at the airport?
For international flights arriving at Terminal 2, our airport representative will be waiting outside the building under canopy #5, wearing a red shirt and khaki pants and holding a welcome sign with your name on it.
Do I have to share my car with others?
No. Our service is private, so the vehicle is reserved only for you and your guests.
How long is the trip?
The trip takes approximately 35 minutes to San José del Cabo and 50 minutes to Cabo San Lucas, depending on traffic.
Is my driver bilingual?
Yes. Our team is qualified to assist you in English and Spanish and answer any questions you may have.
Is the car new?
Yes. We use recent-model vehicles that are clean, air-conditioned, comfortable, and ready for your trip. Complimentary beer and water are included.
Can we make a quick stop at the grocery store?
Yes. We can make a quick grocery stop for an additional cost. You can find the pricing details in the Extras section when making your reservation.
Can I change my pickup time?
Yes. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the corresponding changes.
